Cannot sign in, did not get the verification code, want your account deleted, or something is behaving oddly. Tell us the email address on the account and roughly what happened.
Report a list or a profile
Something on ReccoBox that should not be there — spam, impersonation, or worse. Send us the link and a line about the problem, and we will look at it.
A username
Someone is using a name that is yours, or a name you wanted was refused. Say which name and why it should be yours.
Your data, or a security issue
A copy of your data, a correction, a deletion, or a weakness you have found in the site. Please report anything security-related here before telling anyone else.
How long we take
ReccoBox is a small project, so this is not a support desk with hours. We aim to answer within a few days, and within 30 days for a formal request about your data.
